About The Position

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will support the growth of our AI and machine learning solutions within the Sensa-NetReveal product suite. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, Customer, and Delivery teams, you will engage prospective clients to understand their needs, demonstrate solution value, and align technical capabilities to real-world financial crime challenges. Leveraging your expertise in AI and machine learning—combined with a strong understanding of financial crime and compliance solutions—you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, clearly articulating the technical capabilities and business outcomes of our solutions. Your ability to bridge complex technology with real-world use cases will be critical in building credibility, influencing decision-makers, and supporting new business growth.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience configuring and delivering enterprise-scale demonstrable solutions in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate client data and business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Solid conceptual and technical understanding of Financial Crime solutions and associated business value.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and SaaS deployment models.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, platforms, and domains.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of data science concepts, machine learning technologies, agentic deployment experience and MLOps practices.
  • Experience with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance in financial services, including transaction monitoring, watchlist/sanctions, CDD/EDD, and investigation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Sales-Support, Presentations, Live and Recorded Solution Demonstrations, Communications, Specialized Product and Value Knowledge.
  • Become a Financial Crime solution expert and demonstrate that strong expertise internally and externally. (Strong presentation skills necessary).
  • Ability to effectively communicate business value of solution design, integration capabilities, and enhancements.
  • Design configurations and solutions according to customer’s business and technical specifications and unique environment, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.
  • Provide Technical Specifications, Network Diagrams, and educate prospects on solution requirements and answers to their technical and security questions.
  • Provide responses to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the Sales & RFP Teams.
  • Work effectively with Product team, Deployment Engineers, Project Managers, Product Managers, and Account Executives.
  • Project Management work to schedule calls and track Proof of Concept/Value based Workshops and data extraction projects.
  • Post-sale support to enable client success as needed.
