Your expertise spans both the strategic business landscape and the technical implementation details that drive successful projects. You excel at engaging prospects through compelling presentations, whether face-to-face or via digital platforms, and have a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, workable solutions. As a natural relationship builder, you collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams whilst maintaining the technical acumen to overcome challenges throughout the entire sales cycle. Your background includes substantial experience in software implementation, pre-sales, or sales within similar technology environments, positioning you perfectly to drive Access's continued growth. Requirements

  • Proven Sales Engineering Excellence - Demonstrated success in Sales Engineering, senior sales, or implementation roles with strong software/IT knowledge, preferably within construction or financial sectors
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Exceptional ability to engage decision-makers across all organisational levels with outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills that drive meaningful business conversations
  • Self-Management & Performance - Self-motivated professional with excellent time management, ability to work independently under pressure, and proven track record of managing demanding workloads whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Professional Integrity & Growth Mindset - Commitment to acting with integrity, loyalty, and honesty whilst demonstrating continuous self-development, positive relationship building, and collaborative approach to achieving business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Technical Demonstration - Transform client business requirements into compelling system solutions, configure software demonstrations, and create customised workflows using the Access technology stack to showcase proof-of-concept solutions
  • Client Engagement & Sales Support - Lead discovery processes, deliver impactful demonstrations in client settings and webinars, and provide technical expertise in sales meetings to accelerate deal progression and showcase industry-specific solutions
  • Content Creation & Knowledge Transfer - Develop video content for digital sales strategies, support ITT/RFP responses, and educate internal sales teams on new product enhancements to maximise market opportunities
  • Strategic Collaboration & Market Intelligence - Partner with product and development teams to identify customer challenges, support marketing events and seminars, and ensure Access solutions anticipate industry needs
  • Revenue Generation & Pipeline Development - Drive qualified opportunities through consultative selling approaches, maintain robust sales pipeline management, and consistently exceed targets through strategic account development and solution positioning
