This role partners closely with the Executive Chef to ensure quality, consistency, and efficient execution across all dining and catering services. Ideal for a hands-on culinary professional with strong leadership and a passion for innovation.

Nice To Haves

  • A.O.S. in Culinary Arts or equivalent training and experience
  • Progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
  • Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations
  • Catering and event execution experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, and cost controls
  • Experience with batch or institutional cooking environments
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Chef in managing food and labor costs
  • Assist with menu planning, development, and daily production
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality standards
  • Execute and support catering and special events
  • Supervise and develop hourly culinary team members
  • Assist with ordering, inventory, and kitchen organization
  • Implement new culinary programs in partnership with culinary and marketing teams
