As Senior Staff Digital Design Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team developing digital logic circuits and digital filters for applications including Mixed Signal Audio converters and amplifiers, Embedded SoC, Power/Energy Management, and high precision Industrial/Data Acquisition products. You will play a meaningful role in developing next-generation devices and ensuring that leading consumer electronics manufacturers can easily integrate our devices into their products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a closely related field plus at least 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Digital design using Verilog RTL, Digital logic synthesis and static timing analysis sufficient to design and implement control FSMs (finite state machines), digital arithmetic logic and digital filters in mixed-signal ICs.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Digital verification using System-Verilog sufficient to do logic simulation, functional verification of digital logic in mixed-signal environment.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in digital control theory and discrete time, z-domain, digital signal processing theory sufficient to design and implement digital filters, digital control systems in mixed signal ICs
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in high-level modeling tools (Matlab, Simulink, or similar) sufficient to design, implement and verify digital filters, digital control systems in mixed signal ICs.

Responsibilities

  • Design digital logic circuits and digital filters for applications including Mixed Signal Audio converters and amplifiers, Embedded SoC, Power/Energy Management, high precision Industrial/Data Acquisition products.
  • Design using Verilog, logic simulation, functional verification, & synthesis of DSP & data conversion ICs in a mixed signal environment.
  • Implement RTL modules; perform integration and integrated functional verification; performing behavioral modeling of analog and mixed signal circuits, vector generation testing, and lab test development.
