Role - Senior Scrum Master Base Location - Cherryville, NC 28021, United States Work Model - Remote with occasional travel to NC Employment type - Fulltime Job Overview: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives for SAFe teams. Coach teams on Agile and SAFe principles, values, and best practices. Proven ability to effectively support and enable multiple Scrum teams simultaneously. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability. Work closely with Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Owners, and Product Management. Ensure alignment between team objectives and ART/program goals. Help manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments at scale. Track and report Agile metrics. Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders. Support enterprise reporting needs using Agile tools and dashboards. Ensure adherence to enterprise Agile governance and compliance requirements. Mentor Product Owners on backlog refinement, story writing, and prioritization. Coach teams on self-organization, estimation techniques, and Agile engineering practices. Identify and address team dysfunctions proactively.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a scrum master.
  • Communication & collaboration (Strong)
  • Experience of working in enterprise-level SAFe Agile Release Trains
  • Scrum Master

Responsibilities
