We are looking for a Senior Staff Product & Marketing Operations professional to own and scale our new content hub – a central, owned channel where Nubank will host exclusive content from strategic partnerships and operate a light e-commerce experience for branded merchandise and collaborations. This person will be the end-to-end operational owner of the content hub: from defining and running the operating model with partners and suppliers, to working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Tax, and Logistics to make the experience work seamlessly for customers across markets. The first big mission is to launch an initial version of the content hub, including exclusive content and the first wave of merchandise from our global partnerships with key partners such as Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 and Inter Miami CF, and then continuously iterate it into a core channel for our marketing and product teams to engage fans, launch new experiences, and drive product adoption. You will sit in the Marketing organization, working very closely with Product Operations, Product Management, and Partnerships, and will operate at a Senior Staff (IC8) level, with significant autonomy and visibility.
