Requirements

  • Current DoD Secret (upgradable to Top Secret/SCI within 4 months; eligible for additional access read-ons)
  • 10+ years of uniformed military experience with demonstrated expertise in specialized operational units or functional areas.
  • 3+ years (concurrent possible) in deliberate or joint planning processes.
  • Top Secret/SCI eligibility.

Nice To Haves

  • Military education in operational planning (desired).
  • Knowledge of specialized mission areas (desired).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for the Government on all task order matters, ensuring requirements are met within allocated resources while balancing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Provide day-to-day management and administration of project tasks, including developing detailed work plans and schedules for contractor staff.
  • Assign staff responsibilities, supervise all contractor personnel efforts, and redirect available resources to complete tasks in accordance with scheduled milestones and budgetary constraints.
  • Perform quality checks of work products and coordinate with Government oversight personnel to present interim results, discuss concerns, and ensure total product/service satisfaction.
  • Lead transition-in and transition-out activities to achieve seamless operational continuity with minimal disruption.
  • In addition to leadership duties, perform primary analytic responsibilities as a senior subject matter expert, applying experience to assigned tasks involving planning, analysis, modeling, and support for senior decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance with performance standards, including surge support management, absence backfilling, issue resolution, and reporting requirements.
