The Assistant Director of Leadership and Volunteerism leads volunteerism and leadership development initiatives that advance the university’s mission by creating meaningful community engagement opportunities for students. This role develops, implements, and assesses programs; cultivates strong relationships with campus and community partners; manages key operational functions; oversees digital platforms and communication strategies; advises major student-led service organizations; and supervises student staff. The position ensures a data-driven, outcomes‑focused approach to student engagement while supporting departmental operations, partnerships, and strategic projects across all three campuses.
