We are searching for a Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our team located at our corporate headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. Responsibilities Your Role: The Senior Supply Chain Planner is responsible for reviewing current processes and determining methods for improvement with regards to cutting costs, controlling, and replenishing inventory, and shipping products. This position will also troubleshoot breakdowns along the chain and respond fluidly to unexpected events. Ultimately, you are responsible for all levels of the production planning process. Create and provide clear scheduling direction and guidelines. Monitor and analyze capacity constraint data and adjust master schedules accordingly or make recommendations for solution. Review sales forecast and inventory data to create weekly master production schedule in accordance with customer service targets, logistics and manufacturing cost goals for supply chain. Utilize technological tools and internal data to generate reports that detail efficiencies as well as areas needing improvement. Ensure compliance with SQF and GMP practices and programs to ensure safe food packaging product and to report food safety problems to those with authority to take action. You will play an integral role as a business partner with our customers and provide business solutions that connect with our consumer, build retailer relationships, and drive sales profit! Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related field.
  • 5+ years of related professional supply chain business experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • High proficiency in Excel, including ability to use array formulas, VLookups, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Scheduling, Demand Planning, or distribution operations in a multi-facility environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP or JDE, Logility.
