Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in IT or related field, or 12+ years of related experience
8+ years of experience in a similar role
Hands-on experience with server-based application installation and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
Strong technical communication skills and vendor relationship management
Experience in SQL, report authoring, and web development technologies
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

Provide in-depth analysis and technical support of applications, including complex problem resolution and user support
Maintain system integrity by researching and installing application patches, performing configuration updates, and testing new releases
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Diagnose and resolve system incidents and performance issues
Support multiple application platforms and collaborate with other technical teams
Design integrations with other enterprise systems and develop necessary code
Document requirements and technical specifications
Identify automation opportunities and implement improvements
