Senior Systems Integrator
About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Integrator to lead and safeguard the integrity of the NSG/ASG systems-of-systems enterprise in support of the U.S. Government. In this role, you will drive integration strategy and execution across complex cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments—ensuring the timely, accurate delivery of GEOINT capabilities. This is a high-impact leadership position requiring deep technical expertise, enterprise-level systems thinking, and experience operating within large, mission-critical environments. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field
- OR 4 additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- OR 2 additional years of related experience with a non-STEM degree
- 12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry
- Experience supporting large, complex System-of-Systems (SoS) or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments across cloud, on-premise, and/or hybrid infrastructures
- Prior experience supporting NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs or projects
- Prior experience supporting IC or DoD programs or projects
- TS/SCI clearance adjudication, or ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field
- Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including associated processes, tools, and languages
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee systems integration activities across the NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINT delivery.
- Provide a total systems perspective, including deep technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid services, infrastructure, and security domains.
- Direct planning, implementation strategies, testing, documentation, and sustainment of enterprise solutions using established processes and tools.
- Oversee the development of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages.
- Guide and mentor Junior and Mid-Level Systems Integrators, ensuring technical rigor and mission alignment.
