As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be central to driving NIVA’s expansion—leading grassroots recruiting, elevating our brand, and ensuring we find and hire the best clinical talent across Michigan.

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years’ experience in healthcare recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Boast a strong track record recruiting for difficult-to-fill, high-value clinical roles.
  • Have built or led recruiting operations, or developed talent systems—not just filled reqs.
  • Understand sourcing strategy, pipeline building, and local market engagement.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environments.
  • Communicate and partner effectively with stakeholders of all seniority levels.
  • Are willing and able to travel throughout Michigan as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Have established relationships or a network within the Michigan healthcare market.
  • Have managed or mentored recruiters and helped scale a recruiting function.
  • Are skilled with ATS systems, recruiting analytics, and workforce planning.
  • Love representing your organization in the community and at major events.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to develop, execute, and refine the Michigan recruiting strategy for providers, nurses, and clinical/operational roles.
  • Establish and maintain strong pipelines for providers, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and other key healthcare positions.
  • Be the face of NIVA Health in Michigan—cultivating local relationships at schools, professional associations, career fairs, and networking events.
  • Build grassroots recruiting channels, expanding our reach beyond traditional job postings.
  • Organize and attend hiring events, conduct in-person candidate meetings, and lead community outreach across the state.
  • Improve recruiting processes, metrics, and reporting to drive better hiring outcomes and scalability.
  • Enhance NIVA’s employer brand visibility throughout Michigan’s healthcare community.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to align talent acquisition with business goals and market demands.
