Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred. More than 5 years of progressive experience in managing full-cycle recruitment in corporate, consulting, or agency environments. Background in advising on performance management, employee relations, and professional development. Familiarity with workforce planning, employer branding, and analyzing talent market data. Experience with coaching, mentoring, or overseeing junior team members. Exposure to international or multi-regional recruitment (preferred). Experience in the engineering, architecture, or professional services sectors (preferred). Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies. Experience with digital recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and recruitment analytics. Project management experience related to talent acquisition initiatives.
