The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, independently manages the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. This role determines and implements recruitment strategies, evaluates candidate qualifications, recommends hiring decisions, and analyzes recruiting metrics and labor market data to drive process improvements and align talent acquisition with organizational objectives. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist also advises leadership on current and future staffing needs, leads initiatives to enhance employer branding and candidate experience, ensures compliance with employment regulations and internal policies, and optimizes recruitment systems and workflows to deliver cost-effective, high-impact talent solutions.
