Senior Team Lead
About The Position
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Lead to support overnight operations by supervising assigned personnel and ensuring all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely. This role is responsible for leading team members, maintaining workflow, and meeting customer and company standards while complying with quality and safety requirements. The Warehouse Lead works closely with Supervisors and Operations Management and provides feedback on productivity and employee performance. Pay: $25/hour Schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday (every other Friday as needed) Experience Required: Forklift experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and guide others clearly
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
Responsibilities
- Oversee inspection processes and manage assigned team members at designated tables
- Lead by example while maintaining organization and strong housekeeping standards throughout the facility
- Ensure all employees follow company health and safety policies
- Report accidents or incidents immediately to a Supervisor
- Coordinate shift start activities, including staffing and table requirements
- Ensure tools and materials are available for job completion
- Provide on-the-job training for new work instructions as needed
- Maintain accountability for all personnel assigned to specific jobs
- Provide performance feedback to Supervisors or Managers
- Report policy or procedure violations
- Support and comply with all health and safety initiatives
