About The Position

You will be an essential part of Pelico's mission, using your business and technical expertise to turn data into action, empowering manufacturers to make smarter decisions and driving meaningful impact across our customers' operations and Pelico's growth.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; familiarity with ERP data processes is a Big plus.
Customer-oriented with a passion for helping clients achieve data-driven success.
Experience with data-rich products, analytics tools, or complex data analysis in professional or personal projects.
Mastery in SQL, with strong data transformation and data pipeline development skills
Bilingual English (mandatory) and French (a plus).
Team player, comfortable collaborating cross-functionally to reach shared goals.

Responsibilities

Analyze and Interpret Data: Analyze customers ERP tables & datasets, and generate insights to guide customer decision-making.
Build Data Pipelines: Create data pipelines to enable reliable data flow from customers’ ERP systems or data lakes to Pelico’s platform.
Collaborate on Client Needs: Participate in meetings with clients to understand their data needs, provide insights, and foster strong, trust-based relationships.
Enhance Customer Operations: Work closely with customer operations and external partners to gather feedback and maximize customer impact.
Shape Data Culture and Best Practices: Help establish analytical best practices and play a role in cultivating a customer-driven culture within Pelico.
Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay updated on evolving technologies to keep Pelico’s practices at the cutting edge.
