About The Position

As a Senior Technical Consultant (Billing) you will be responsible for the installation and process design of the software to best fit our client needs. In this position you will be responsible for initial system access, configuration, data mapping and transfer, report and dashboard design and configuration, and training clients on the software. You will be hands on leading technical aspects of the full software implementation process supporting our insurance Billing products. Starting base pay for this role is between $105,000 and $135,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

Requirements

  • 6+ years of previous technical consultant experience for Senior Technical Consultant
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • SQL, JavaScript, XML experience preferred
  • Insurance Billing industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Configures the Origami Platform to meet client requirements
  • Performs data conversion analysis, design, testing, control balancing, data clean up, mappings and resolves exception
  • Tests Origami configuration and workflows against converted data to ensure data properly supports the configuration / workflows.
  • Deploys and configures Origami standard data conversions and builds custom Excel data conversions using tools in Origami Admin UI.
  • Designs and builds reports and dashboards to transform data into meaningful insights.
  • Translates solution blueprint (if available) and high level architecture / design into detailed design for project team members to execute upon.
  • Prepares training materials and conducts user training.
  • Provides coaching and oversight of project team members to ensure productivity and quality.
  • Identifies potential scope creep / out-of-scope work and escalates to Project Manager.
  • Leverages Origami standard configuration where possible and follows established best practices and industry standards when designing, configuring, and consulting on solutions.
