As a Senior Technical Salesforce Consultant at Ridgeline, you will partner closely with our Solutions Architects and customers to design, review, and enhance Salesforce customizations that power our industry cloud platform. You will analyze business processes, translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, and support seamless implementations and integrations that ensure successful go-lives. In this role, you will utilize cutting-edge technologies—including AI tools like ChatGPT—to increase efficiency, improve documentation quality, and accelerate solution design. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver a unified, modern experience to investment management clients while strengthening Ridgeline’s Integration Library and deployment methodology. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform in a technical or consulting capacity
  • Experience with declarative development including Flow tooling, sandbox provisioning, and user and security configuration
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Loader for data import and export activities
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs and related integration patterns
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with both internal teams and customer stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and applying them in practical, client-focused environments
  • Passion for customer service and delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in investment management workflows
  • An aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Serious interest in having fun at work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with low-code Integration-Platform-as-a-Service tools such as Workato or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with modern CSV data migration tools such as Flatfile.io
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or other investment management applications
  • Comfort working with Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA/Confluence, AWS, and GitHub

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Solutions Architects to define scalable Salesforce customization and integration strategies that align with client business objectives
  • Analyze existing Salesforce configurations and recommend improvements that enhance performance, usability, and long-term maintainability
  • Develop and configure declarative Salesforce solutions using Flow, sandbox provisioning, and user and security configuration best practices
  • Contribute to Ridgeline’s Integration Library by building and documenting integrations using Workato and related iPaaS technologies
  • Design and support REST API and related integrations between Salesforce and Ridgeline’s platform
  • Facilitate functional and technical requirements sessions and translate findings into clear, actionable documentation
  • Guide customers through data migration activities using Salesforce Data Loader and structured Excel mapping processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, functional, and project management teams to ensure successful go-lives and resilient deployments
  • Communicate technical concepts with clarity and transparency to build trust with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Take ownership of complex challenges, proactively identify risks, and deliver thoughtful, solution-oriented outcomes
  • Contribute to a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and shared success aligned with the Ridgeline Way
