About The Position

We’re seeking a seasoned Technical Marketing Manager recognized as a subject-matter expert in Advanced Packaging. This role is responsible for defining product value propositions, building competitive positioning, driving customer adoption, and enabling sales teams for advanced semiconductor packaging solutions

Requirements

  • MS or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or packaging; direct exposure to BEOL/FEOL processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Packaging ecosystems and customer workflows.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; adept at executive storytelling and data-driven decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects to milestones in a matrix environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on inspection/metrology background.
  • Experience with pricing strategy, product launches, and field enablement.
  • Familiarity with reliability, yield, and metrology/inspection data as it relates to packaging performance.
  • Strategic, enterprise-level thinker with a solutions-first mindset.
  • Customer-centric, persuasive communicator who can simplify complex tech.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously and influencing without authority.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate clear value propositions for advanced packaging process control solution
  • Own creation of technical marketing assets: product briefs, solution whitepapers, competitive analyses, benchmark data summaries, presentations, and webinars.
  • Translate complex engineering concepts into clear messaging for varied audiences
  • Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and trend analysis for advanced packaging ecosystems
  • Track competitive landscape and emerging technologies; provide insights to executives and product teams
  • Develop application use case for roadmap decisions and prioritization
  • Lead competitor H2H, drive new product evaluation and adoption
  • Partner with product marketing and engineering to shape product strategy based on competitive and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing on campaigns, messaging, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with operations and manufacturing for product readiness and customer alignment.
