About The Position

We are hiring a Senior TPM to lead execution of AI-driven operational initiatives, specifically: Agentification of internal Ops workflows Deployment of Risk Adjustment AI into production Embedding AI agents directly into regulated healthcare processes This is a delivery-heavy role. Not strategy. The mandate is to ship stable, production-grade systems. The role operates in a 3-person pod model and drives execution across Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.

Requirements

6–10+ years Product or Technical Program Management
Proven experience shipping AI-enabled capabilities into production
Healthcare experience required
Architecture-level fluency (can challenge design decisions)
Experience embedding systems into real workflows

Responsibilities

Convert operational workflows into AI-enabled systems
Drive end-to-end delivery from scoped requirements to production
Define quality thresholds and release gates
Ensure monitoring, rollback controls, and human-in-the-loop safeguards
Drive adoption within Ops
Maintain cross-functional alignment
