Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience leading enterprise‑level, multi‑team initiatives with significant technical complexity
- Experience in Software Development Management and/or Technical Program Management required
- Ability to operate effectively at both program and project levels with strong planning and organizational skills
- Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Demonstrated success guiding large, cross‑functional, multi‑dimensional technology programs
- Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and solid understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Effective leader with experience coaching, developing, and managing teams
- Excellent collaboration, relationship‑building, and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem‑solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global, high‑visibility environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with LIMS/Lab information management system rollouts is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale technical programs and projects within the Clouded Leopard portfolio.
- Coordinate, track, and report on technical deliverables across diverse engineering and business teams.
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely execution.
- Forecast and manage program financials, including budget planning and ongoing cost tracking.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align priorities, resolve risks, and drive decisions.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise updates for leadership and executive audiences.
- Foster strong communication and partnership across all participating teams and locations.
