In this role you will: Actabl is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to serve as the operational backbone for our most critical Technology Modernization initiatives and to help strengthen delivery governance across Product and Technology. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys turning strategy into execution, and wants to help shape how a modern Product & Technology organization operates. Typical Functions: The Senior TPM is accountable for delivery outcomes, predictability, and execution discipline across multiple teams. This is a transformation role at the center of Actabl’s future. You will: Help build a high-performing, high-accountability Product & Technology organization Play a key role in making Actabl AI-native in how we plan, build, and deliver Influence how modern engineering practices, metrics, and operating rhythms are adopted Work directly with senior leadership on the company’s most strategic initiatives Have company-wide impact, not just team-level, responsibility Technology Modernization Programs - Lead execution across large, multi-team modernization efforts involving platform evolution, architectural refactoring, quality automation, security, and scalability. Drive milestone tracking, risk management, and modernization KPIs Provide clear executive visibility into progress, risks, and tradeoffs Own cross-team program planning, sequencing, and dependency management Ensure delivery remains predictable as complexity increases Partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders to keep execution aligned to outcomes Enterprise Delivery Governance - Help elevate how Product and Technology work together across the company. Drive adoption of Actabl’s unified Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) Coordinate cross-team planning and platform dependencies across products Partner with leadership on OKR execution and operating cadence Own delivery metrics, dashboards, and execution rhythms Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement Prepare executive-level and board-ready views of progress, risks, and tradeoffs — converting detailed delivery data into clear decision inputs Outcome Accountability & Authority - Be directly accountable for program-level outcomes. Drive alignment on sequencing and dependency resolution Surface and escalate delivery risks early Recommend tradeoffs when capacity or dependencies threaten outcomes Hold teams accountable to agreed milestones and operating cadence What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months) Technology modernization executing against a clear, trusted cross-team plan Platform initiatives integrated predictably into product roadmaps A consistent Product & Technology operating cadence in place and adopted Improved delivery predictability and reduced execution risk Increased leadership confidence in execution and decision-making

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years leading complex technical programs in SaaS or cloud environments
  • Proven experience coordinating work across multiple engineering teams
  • Background in large-scale modernization, migration, or platform transformation
  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Platform, and Data teams
  • Technical Fluency - You don’t need to code, but you should be comfortable navigating:
  • Modern cloud architectures and CI/CD pipelines
  • Service-based systems, databases, and performance considerations
  • Quality automation and reliability practices
  • Platform capabilities such as authentication, observability, and data pipelines
  • Turning complexity into clarity
  • Building systems, cadence, and discipline that scale
  • Driving outcomes rather than managing ceremonies
  • Partnering with strong technical leaders
  • Being accountable for results in high-impact environments
  • Strong executive-level communication and structured thinking
  • Ability to influence without formal authority
  • Comfortable operating as a trusted partner to senior leaders

Responsibilities
