Within CO+I, the Product and Services Optimization Team is responsible for supporting optimization initiatives across a portfolio of tools and processes around datacenter critical environments. As a Senior Business Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimization initiatives are successfully deployed into our datacenter operations teams. Your deep project and change management pay knowledge will be instrumental in assisting the organization achieve it’s goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Responsibilities

  • Manages initiative release readiness and deployment activities as well as risks and challenges that impact release scope, quality, and schedules.
  • Works with cross-functional (e.g., Operations, Product Teams, Engineering, Finance) stakeholders to test and deploy complex programs with minimal coaching.
  • Produces collateral (e.g., proposals, strategy walking deck, internal and external pitch content) to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure the business objectives are met.
  • Communicates clearly on the benefits of the program, the release plan and communicates the program status and risk to relevant stakeholders and holds them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans, and processes.
  • Trusted Advisor - Provide direction and guidance to internal stakeholders answering related questions or issues, while demonstrating a positive attitude.
  • Utilizes direction and strategy from leadership regarding business area of expertise to help create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others to change behavior accordingly.
  • Defines vision and strategy for change, broad and specific impact, and the flow of communication to the organization
  • Ensures buy in and adoption of the new program or change by others in the organization.
