In this role, you will lead the delivery and rollout of complex contact center projects for enterprise and strategic customers. This position is perfect for a hands-on project manager who enjoys overseeing multiple large-scale enterprise engagements simultaneously. You will play a key role in driving predictable outcomes in a fast-growing, cloud-first environment, ensuring high-quality project execution that aligns with customer experience outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years managing complex technology projects in SaaS or cloud-based environments.
  • 3+ years delivering customer-facing implementations within a Professional Services organization.
  • Hands-on experience managing contact center platform rollouts across multiple enterprise customers.
  • Experience in managing milestone-based delivery and billable revenue forecasting.
  • Familiarity with risk and issue management practices across project workstreams.
  • Strong communication skills with technical teams and executive stakeholders in cross-functional settings.
  • Exposure to AI-driven CX technologies such as chatbots, virtual agents, or automation platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple concurrent enterprise contact center rollouts through all project phases including discovery, design, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and communications across distributed teams and delivery partners.
  • Coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure project alignment and excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to Statements of Work, delivery assumptions, and contractual milestones.
  • Establish and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and dependency tracking.
  • Track milestone-based billing, revenue forecasting, and contractual deliverables to support financial accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery playbooks and scalable execution models.
  • Apply risk and issue management practices, including proactive identification and escalation.
