CGI Federal is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to lead Enterprise Output Architecture—owning EngageOne configurations, AFP resource governance, ProAFP conversion strategy, and VPS routing for a large federal agency. This position is located in Baltimore, MD Your future duties and responsibilities:

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree +14 years of relevant IT experience
• Advanced Z/OS workflows (JCL, JES2/3, TSO) and AFP print architecture.
• Hands on EngageOne/ProAFP/VPS; strong troubleshooting and documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Nationwide enterprise print operations experience; vendor collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Govern AFP resource lifecycle (overlays/pagedefs/formdefs) and EngageOne control files; ensure version control and auditability.
• Lead AFP?PDF conversion with ProAFP (indexing, routing), and manage VPS printer definitions & validations, incl. DR exercises.
• Produce training materials, meeting summaries, and same day validation issue reports.
