About The Position
QUALIFICATIONS Required: High School Diploma or GED Journeymen’s card, license or certification or technical training in maintenance/construction trade field Or 5-10 years relevant experience in maintenance / construction trade field Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Preferred: Experience working in a GMP cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility Skills & Competencies: Ability to give both written and verbal directions Prioritize and coordinate tasks as scheduled and/or directed Ability to give further direction or assistance as needed Ability to communicate well in multiple formats (verbally, written and electronically) Ability to work alone or as part of a group or team Proficiency in implementing and/or modifying tasks to complete work in an efficient and effective manner Effectively seek input, objectively evaluate alternatives and implement decisions Ability to interact with both internal as well as external customers in a professional manner Ability to direct contractors and team members Ability to use basic hand tools as well as specialized tools to complete tasks Ability to independently adapt behaviors to deal with non-routine components of the job Quickly adapts to a diverse array of changing needs, conditions, priorities, or opportunities Strong ability to achieve productivity goals and targets to meet department goals with little to no guidance Ability to follow defined procedures, proactively respond and problem solve Ability to influence at the department level Strong ability to stay focused on tasks, apply learned skills/training on the job, understand job responsibilities organize, compare, interpret data, analyze problems, and troubleshoot solutions with guidance Work to acquire and develop new skills Understand current state and dynamics Exceptional ability to collaborate and maintain cooperative work relationships Foster teamwork, collaboration, and positively influencing others Consistently open and approachable when resolving highly sensitive issues Engages co- workers with the Enable Values in mind Exceptional ability to maintain a positive attitude, show empathy for others Display emotional tendencies that help support a positive work culture Time management skills, the ability to use your time effectively or productively, at work Prioritize work to meet business needs

- Ability to travel to multiple facilities
- Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc.
- Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management

Responsibilities
- Work with Facilities group members in execution of various projects throughout the facility
- Complete all required documentation correctly and as scheduled
- Complete all required training as defined by Quality Assurance
- Initiate, maintain and complete all necessary documentation in accordance with quality system procedures
- Completion of required project documentation as well as other tasks performed by the group. This includes document creation and completion using the SAP software suite.
- Complete Facilities related repairs and projects within skillset
- Provide guidance and solutions to challenges in area of expertise to team members as well as customers internal and external
- Training of new / reassigned personnel
