About The Position

The Service Repair Technician will be responsible for comprehensive support for the production lifecycle, from interpreting technical documents and assembling/testing electronic and mechanical components to ensuring final product quality and packaging.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Senior Technician or in a similar role in a medical device assembly environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and diagrams.
Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Must be able to lift 25lbs consistently throughout the shift
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering, production, and service departments to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve various material, assembly, and service-related issues.
Interpret technical drawings/work orders and utilize a variety of tools and electronic test equipment for the precise assembly, testing, and repair of electronic/mechanical components and finished products.
Perform quality assurance inspections, manage production line inventory, rework PCBs and custom electronics, and handle labeling, packaging, and shipping procedures.
Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a clean and calibrated workspace, and documenting all processes.
