About The Position

The Data Security Portfolio team leads critical technology initiatives focused on protecting sensitive information and reducing risk. As a Project Manager, you will guide complex, cross-functional projects involving application, platform, and infrastructure security. The team collaborates closely with engineering, architecture, compliance, and business partners to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable outcomes. Emphasizing clear planning, transparent communication, and disciplined execution, the team empowers leaders to influence effectively and continuously enhance program delivery. Requirements

• Proven expertise in project estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of medium to large complexity in Information technology.
• Strong knowledge of project monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination meetings and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus in complex environments.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and monitoring project costs.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and defining deliverables aligned with strategic objectives.
• Solid understanding of technology landscape and its impact on business operations.
• Project Management Certification and advanced skills in complex problem solving.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

• The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
