In this role you will be working on testing FIN which is mission-critical products or systems. Ability to provide on-call support as part of future operational requirements. Strong problem-solving skills under pressure and in high-availability environments. In line with testing standards/procedures and with guidance of a senior engineer, to undertake acceptance testing activities of medium complexity related to hardware and software components of SWIFT networks ensuring product quality. What to Expect: In this role you will: Prepare, plan, execute and be responsible for system integration, manual testing and installations of medium size/complexity/risk systems and/or projects · Develop a wide variety of automated tests scenarios and integrate those into a continuous delivery workflow using technologies like Python, Shell & Linux Use your knowledge of testing to influence better software design and promote good engineering practices, such as testability, accessibility, scalability and performance Contribute to the evolution of the automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipeline Contribute to the maintenance of testing infrastructure Have the opportunity to develop yourself in a true agile environment, engaging in the product evolution, covering software architecture, development, quality assurance, security, operations and IT infrastructure aspects Work in a truly international environment with main hubs across three continents What will make you successful: We are seeking professionals with: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related discipline 5+ years of experience in software and systems Integration or testing; developing CI/CD, integration or functional testing of highly scalable, resilient and secure software Customer oriented and quality mindset we continually strive to deliver true customer value Open-minded, solutions oriented, and a true team player gaining energy through collaboration with others Autonomous and driven, with strong ability to quickly adapt and respond to change Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams Attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Expertise in Testing - automation, setup, execution, data analysis, test analysis Expertise in writing test strategies and test plans · Experience with RHEL(Linux) technology required, including Python scripting Experience with Java, Selenium and or Robot Framework Expertise building CI/CD pipelines based on Jenkins and integrating with Bitbucket/Git and artefact repositories Building Ansible Playbooks and integrating into CI/CD pipeline Swift is unable to sponsor an employment authorization for this position now or in the future. The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position in Virginia is $101,303.00 USD Annual MINIMUM to $188,135.00 USD Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Requirements
