About The Position

This role is hybrid on-site (3) days a week at our Northbrook or Chicago, IL office The Senior Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing compensation strategies across a broad region, ensuring alignment with corporate compensation policies and local market trends. This role will provide in-depth analysis, reporting, and recommendations to optimize compensation structures, support recruitment and retention goals and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an understanding of regional labor markets, and a deep knowledge of compensation frameworks.
