The NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) trains developers, data scientists, and researchers how to solve challenging problems using AI, deep learning, generative AI, accelerated computing, and the industrial metaverse. We are now seeking an experienced Training Advisor to join our team and lead all aspects of training engagements with enterprise, government, and academic customers. In this role, you will manage opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and coordinate the delivery of training services to customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience with opportunity and account management, and crafting/maintaining strategic alliances
  • A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience assessing customers’ training needs, developing training plans, and managing multiple customer engagements in parallel
  • Strong analytical, marketing, and project management capabilities
  • Demonstrated success working with C-level executives, engineers, and cross-functional global teams
  • Solid understanding of the accelerated computing and AI ecosystem, including new technologies, key players, and competitors
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (10%-15%)

Nice To Haves

  • A technical background / expertise of AI, high-performance computing and NVIDIA technology
  • Experience with corporate learning functions and educational services offerings
  • Building and/or using AI tools to optimize tasks and workflows
  • Experience using Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, service products, reporting, and similar functions

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying, managing, and driving the pipeline of training opportunities and providing regular reports to the broader team
  • Meeting with customers, assessing their training needs, and building detailed training plans/proposals for workforce upskilling
  • Coordinating training operations with team members, including coordinating workshop deliveries, resourcing instructors and teaching assistants, managing customer data, and providing reports
  • Collaborating with partners to deliver training services for key customers and industry events
  • Representing NVIDIA Training at key industry events
