Job Summary The Senior Transition Manager is a high-impact leadership role within Kidder Mathews’ Asset Services division that works closely with Regional Market Leaders, across all markets. This position leads the on-boarding of new assignments and provides operational continuity during times of transition or rapid growth, ensuring a seamless client experience. With visibility across multiple markets and teams, the Senior Transition Manager identifies best practices and supports the implementation of the same across the platform, thereby mitigating operational risk and playing a critical role in the development of scalable processes that drive long-term performance and client retention.
