To learn more about our company, please visit our website http://www.optimas.com/ Position overview: The Senior Treasury Analyst supports core treasury functions, including daily cash operations, liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and financial risk management. This position is instrumental in ensuring clear day-to-day cash visibility, monitoring debt compliance requirements, and delivering reliable short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support informed financial decision-making. This role collaborates closely with Accounting, FP&A, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, and external banking partners to drive efficient treasury operations and maintain strong internal controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 3 or more years of Corporate Finance or Treasury experience
  • Advanced Excel; experience with financial modeling best practices
  • Familiarity with banking platforms and payment systems
  • Understanding of GAAP and financial statement mechanics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with continuous improvement orientation

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage daily cash positioning and liquidity reports
  • Monitor bank account balances and initiate/approve wires, ACH transactions, and intercompany transfers
  • Maintain bank account structures, signatories, and online banking access
  • Prepare monthly borrowing base certificates in compliance with the company’s credit agreement
  • Support administration of corporate credit card programs and payment platforms
  • Support banking relationship management and service optimization
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Assist with bank fee analysis and account rationalization initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to collect inputs and validate key assumptions supporting the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
  • Develop and maintain treasury models and supporting schedules related to liquidity planning, interest expense, and working capital managemen
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of integrated 3-statement financial models, as needed
  • Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses related to cash flow, borrowing capacity, and exposure to interest rate fluctuations
