Requirements

Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA approved law school.
Licensed attorney in good standing in the relevant state.
3-10 years of experience in title insurance or real estate.
Knowledge of title insurance rates and state-specific rules.
Strong communication skills for written and verbal interactions.
Experience in preparing and delivering educational content.
Ability to develop and support new customer relationships.
Must be located in or near the jurisdiction relevant to the role.
Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Provide underwriting support and guidance on real estate transactions and title insurance matters.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers to enhance business development efforts.
Deliver educational presentations at seminars and webinars.
Assist with audits and compliance as needed.
