What does a successful Technical User Experience Design - Advisor do? At Fiserv, we are at the forefront of financial services technology, transforming the way our clients do business. As a Technical User Experience Design - Advisor I, you will be part of a talented UX team dedicated to creating user-centered design solutions. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with our strategic goals.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in user experience design.
3+ years of experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
3+ years of experience in HTML and CSS.
3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
2+ years of experience in designing for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of user experience strategies for Fiserv's digital products and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
Mentor junior UX designers and provide guidance on best practices and design principles.
Drive innovation and ensure consistency in design across various platforms.
