The Senior Value Advisor is a critical customer-facing role within the Value Advisory group focused on driving and retaining revenue by analyzing and communicating the quantifiable and strategic value delivered by Dayforce to executive audiences. This role partners closely with Sales and senior stakeholders to design and articulate transformation strategies aligned to organizational goals. The Senior Value Advisor works with executives and practitioners to build compelling business cases that demonstrate how Dayforce enables measurable outcomes. In addition, this role contributes to thought leadership initiatives and supports the ongoing evolution of Value Advisory practices. This position is ideal for an ambitious, analytical professional with strong consulting capabilities, executive presence, and a passion for technology-driven business transformation.
