We invite you to bring your passion and experience to our team! The Senior Vertical Marketing Specialist will drive growth and retention across our core route laundry customer segment. The focus will be on growing and retaining multifamily customers that sign long-term leases for our full-service laundry room management. This role is responsible for planning and executing lead generation, lifecycle, and field marketing initiatives that support new customer acquisition, property onboarding, and long-term retention. You will use market by market insights, performance data, and customer feedback to design campaigns that reach property decision makers and residents across digital, onsite, and in person touchpoints. Working closely with sales, operations, and analytics teams, you will turn data driven insights into scalable programs that fuel pipeline growth and maximize lifetime value across assigned markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Five years of experience in vertical marketing, segment marketing, or B2B marketing
  • Marketing experience to multifamily, property management, facilities, or local service-based businesses
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and attribution tools

  • Experience in route based or field service businesses
  • Experience working with geographically distributed markets or regional program
  • Experience supporting sales teams with vertical specific materials

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute vertical specific lead generation programs to drive new property and customer acquisition
  • Develop geographic specific positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target decision makers and end users
  • Own lifecycle and retention marketing initiatives that increase engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value within multifamily accounts
  • Partner with sales teams to generate qualified pipeline through targeted campaigns and market-based programs
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns and A/B testing for digital, paid search, onsite, field, trade show and partner supported initiatives
  • Create and maintain scalable marketing playbooks, campaign frameworks, and execution toolkits
  • Track and report on key metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, retention, and return on marketing investment
