As a member of the Leadership Team, the SVP of Marketing will shape company strategy and lead a fully integrated Marketing & Communications organization. Reporting to the President (and partnering closely with the CEO and CRO), this leader will own the end-to-end marketing engine that drives predictable growth—pipeline creation, product and category positioning, and customer lifecycle programs that improve adoption, retention, and expansion. Build a more predictable pipeline engine (efficiency, conversion, and forecasting rigor). Strengthen category narrative and trust in a complex healthcare buying environment. Deepen lifecycle marketing to improve adoption and retention and expand customer advocacy.
