About The Position

The Senior Website Designer / Project Manager provides senior-level web design expertise while managing complex web projects supporting NSF OLPA digital communications and outreach. Requirements

At least three (3) years of experience working in a Drupal environment.
Experience leading small teams performing web design services.
Comprehensive knowledge of HTML and web accessibility requirements.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and ServiceNow.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
degree in computer science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead web design and development efforts for NSF external and internal websites.
Manage web-related projects, priorities, and schedules.
Advise NSF staff on web design best practices, accessibility, and usability.
Ensure compliance with US Web Design System, Section 508, and plain language standards.
Coordinate work across designers, developers, and content contributors.
