About The Position

Contingent upon contract award, TecMasters Inc. requires a Senior Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic (91B40)

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience as a U.S. Army 91B Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, serving as a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, Senior Mechanic, Recovery Vehicle Supervisor, and Support Maintenance NCO.
• Extensive mechanical knowledge of U.S. Army tactical wheeled vehicles, including maintenance procedures, diagnostics, and safety inspections for platforms such as the Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV) and Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) fleet.
• Knowledge of vehicle subsystems and integrated components, including Automatic Fire Suppression Systems, vehicle electrical systems, and tactical communications systems installed on military wheeled vehicles.
• Proficient in the use of Standard Army Tool Sets (SATS), Maintenance Support Devices (MSD), specialized tools, and diagnostic test equipment used in tactical vehicle maintenance.
• Knowledge of Army Traffic Safety Training Program (ATSTP) requirements and Tactical Vehicle Safety Training programs.
• Graduate of the Master Driver Trainer Qualification Course (MDTQC).
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with experience operating and maintaining U.S. Army heavy tactical wheeled vehicles, including the M977 HEMTT series and M1075 Palletized Load System (PLS).
• Experience operating, maintaining, and supervising the safe operation of military tactical vehicles in training and operational environments.
• Combat Lifesaver certified with advanced first-aid training.
• Current and active Secret security clearance.
• Valid U.S. passport with the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
