Job Summary: Acrisure is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join our growing team supporting and optimizing our Workday tenants across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. This hands-on role focuses on configuration, cross-module alignment, and stabilizing key processes across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent
  • Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Workday security design experience
  • Global tenant support experience
  • Consulting or implementation background
  • Exposure to Workday Learning
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years HRIS experience; 3+ years’ Workday configuration
  • Workday Pro certification(s)
  • Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize business processes
  • Support job architecture and org structure consistency
  • Conduct cross‑module impact analysis
  • Assist with M&A template alignment
  • Configure and support Advanced Compensation cycles
  • Partner with Finance on targets and eligibility logic
  • Document configuration decisions
  • Prepare for future global expansion
  • Maintain Recruiting configuration and standardization
  • Support CRM integration
  • Configure performance and succession processes
  • Ensure recruiting‑to‑hire data integrity
  • Support learning catalog governance and compliance tracking
  • Align certifications, training, and system design
  • Support security remediation and validate impacts
  • Assist with audit documentation
  • Participate in Workday release testing and documentation
