We are actively seeking an undergraduate 2026 LG Summer Intern to join our Experience Solutions (XPS) Team.
Our SEO/GEO Specialist Internship is a 9-week program from June 1st through July 31st .
The internship will be based in the office (Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM) at the LG North America Innovation Campus (HQ) in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and pay an hourly rate of $25.00.
The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.
The program will also include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program’s end.
The main project for the SEO/GEO Specialist Intern is:
- Work with CXM, DXP and BU Teams as well as their HQ counterparts to ensure our LG.com site shows up in organic search and AI generated responses
- Conduct branded search queries
- Contribute to increasing branded search queries, AI visibility and authority, SEO top 3 impressions, non paid traffic, keyword ratings and conversation rates

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College/University.
• Rising Sophomore, Rising Junior in a business, data, or analytics related major is preferred
• Experience with SEO Tools preferred (Botify, SEMrush, GA4, GSC)
• Prior exposure to LLMs or generative AI technologies as well as Project Management tools preferred (Trello, Jira)
• Experience with content management systems preferred (ContentStack, Bynder)
• Basic skills in quantitative data analysis and be proficient in using Excel for creating charts and infographics
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google, Teams, and AI-based drawing tools is required for visualizing ideas
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for customer observation, the ability to extract meaningful insights, and strong communication skills are essential qualities
• Mindset grounded in design thinking and the ability to approach and solve problems creatively
• Strong communication skills, outgoing personality

Responsibilities

• To support the all SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) activities to increase LG's SERP and AI visibility.
• Manage SEO requests, working with multiple teams and agencies, to implement LG's SEO tactics
• Assist with keyword search and monthly reporting, providing metadata
• Assist with developing content optimized for SEO/GEO
