About The Position

Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale and service. They are now looking to add to the their team and are looking to hire a " SEO Manager ”. This role will be based out of Atlanta, GA SEO Manager We seek an SEO Manager with global, multi-brand and multi-website experience to generate organic traffic from SEO and GEO by optimizing content across our sites. Responsibilities include creating SEO content outlines, optimizing on-page elements, metadata, reporting on and analyzing SEO metrics for organic traffic improvement. The candidate will be responsible for creating and contributing to SEO performance traffic and ranking reports so that we can measure the performance over time of migrating to a core company website (by country). Additionally, the SEO Manager will be tasked with collaborating with product marketing, content, and paid search teams to align SEO and PPC strategies, and identifying opportunities for driving exponential growth through experimentation. Requirements: 7+ years of SEO experience with expert proficiency in SEO tools/platforms like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Google Analytics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of in-house SEO experience for an global company
  • 5+ years of SEO experience as it relates to optimizing content within a Content Management System, where content is shared across geographies/countries.
  • A consistent record of growing rankings, traffic, and or revenue through SEO tactics and experimentation
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications skills - the ability to clearly and concisely articulate recommendations and insights and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Extensive experience managing numerous cross-functional content strategy projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, identifying on-page and off-page site improvements
  • Proficiency in tools/platforms such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Analytics GA4, GTM, ahrefs, VWO, and Client Project.
  • Strong SEO keyword & topic research skills
  • Ability to create SEO outlines using on-page best practices
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills - the ability to clearly and concisely articulate recommendations and insights and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, identifying on-page and off-page site improvements

Responsibilities

  • Research and outline topics for writers, incorporating SEO best practices and buyer personas to create compelling content.
  • Strategically identify keywords and topics and align them with content strategy, collaborating with internal teams and industry experts.
  • Implement optimizations to enhance web performance, indexability, and on-page elements, ensuring top-notch user experience.
  • Execute the backlinks migration and 301 redirect planning of each website.
  • Create monthly country website SEO reports that measure the effectiveness of our SEO plans for improving our SEO/GEO rankings
  • Optimize for mobile experiences and adapt web journeys based on the latest trends and user insights for enhanced engagement.
  • Strengthen the existing SEO content strategy, identifying gaps to further boost rankings, traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Conduct thorough competitor research to uncover keyword gaps and opportunities for page optimization, staying ahead in the SEO landscape.
  • Collect, analyze, and report key SEO metrics, traffic, rankings, and other KPIs to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
