About The Position

At Medtronic you can begin a life-long career of exploration and innovation, while helping champion healthcare access and equity for all. You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. A Day in the Life At Medtronic, we push the limits of what technology, therapies, and services can do to help alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. This role serves as a flexible program leader within the Separation Management Office (SMO), supporting the successful separation of Medtronic’s Diabetes business by driving critical operational priorities across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-pay, Transition Services Agreement (TSA) exits, and delayed market readiness. As part of a complex, cross-functional program spanning operational, commercial, and supply chain functions, this role will lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) separation activities across assigned geographies while also supporting broader separation priorities as needed. The role will lead planning and execution of TSA exit activities and support delayed market close requirements to ensure operational readiness and continuity following separation. This individual will partner closely with the MiniMed separation team and enabling functions across Medtronic to coordinate execution and manage critical interdependencies across the separation program. At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.
