About The Position

Ahoy Matey! Arrr' you ready for the battle of the century at Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show? We want to welcome you aboard!
Hours include afternoons and evenings, but can include days depending on the show schedule.
Seeking FT and PT employees.
Pay: Hourly wage $7.25 plus tip-outs from the servers per show.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
• Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for dinner service by assisting arena servers with set up.
• Be the communicator between kitchen staff and arena staff to ensure the correct amount of food is ready to serve, in the correct sections.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent any food cross-contamination.
• Ensure all food equipment is functioning properly for proper temperatures.
• Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
• Assist with cleaning the table & section when dinner service is complete.
• Remove any dinnerware and get to the appropriate location in the kitchen.
• Beverage attendant position may require cross-training in serving duties.
