Requirements
- Previous customer service/hospitality/restaurant experience, preferably in a fine-dining setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and guests warmly.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with front-of-house, kitchen staff, and customers.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as clearing tables, refilling drinks, and assisting servers.
- Problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and professionally.
- Required food and alcohol certifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist with delivering food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables.
- Reset and prepare tables quickly and efficiently for incoming guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including clearing away used dishes and resetting table settings.
- Communicate with other staff members to coordinate food delivery and resolve guest needs quickly.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help maintain cleanliness in other areas, such as restrooms and server stations, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
