About The Position
We’re seeking a Server to support our Banquets team at Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort . Our newly reimagined all suite oceanfront property offers refreshed coastal inspired interiors, elevated dining, and vibrant amenities along Fort Lauderdale’s iconic North Beach. The resort also features over 10,000 sq. ft. of flexible event spaces ideal for meetings and beachfront celebrations. The ideal candidate is charismatic, has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Banquets Server, and has a passion to serve! Pay Rate: $10.98 per hour Shift Pattern: Must be available between 5 AM and midnight for an 8‑hour shift, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
- Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
- Deliver and serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments
- Ensure menu knowledge
- Remove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the meal period and deliver to the stewarding area
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
- Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
