The Server is responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for members and guests by providing attentive, friendly, and professional service. This role ensures accurate order taking and delivery while maintaining the warm, family-friendly atmosphere of the dining room.

Requirements

Previous serving experience in hospitality or restaurants preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a member-and-guest-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
Valid Food Handler and TABC certification required within 30 days of your hired date.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Present menus, answer questions about offerings, and make recommendations.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and food runners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Anticipate member and guest needs, offering refills and additional items proactively.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are properly set and reset.
Process payments accurately and handle transactions securely.
Follow all sanitation, safety, and responsible service standards.
Support team members, including bussers and runners, to provide seamless service.
Ensure that each interaction reflects the club’s standards of hospitality and professionalism.
