The Server/Counter Clerk maintains effective communication with guests and fellow team members. Specific forms of communication include answering questions, making suggestions regarding Food & Beverage Service, writing down orders, requesting identification from guests when legal age is questionable, relaying food orders to the kitchen, relaying beverage orders to the bartender, answering phone properly and articulating a working knowledge of the Resort and Food & Beverage Department. Responsible for taking money in the forms of cash, check, credit card or room charge from guests in quick service outlet. Prepare food and beverages according to property set standards.
