Join us at Flying Horse Resort and Club, your success starts now. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for interacting with Pool Guests and Members in a variety of different ways. Will provide a friendly and familiar service approach with our members and a polished professional demeanor when dealing with non-members or member guests. Shifts will be a mix of working outside on the pool deck or in the Grill itself. Be able to effectively and efficiently run POS system Deliver food and drinks to Members and Guests in a timely and friendly manor Ensure that all Member and Guest needs are met Maintain a superior level customer service Manage communication between counter and line personnel Must be able to lift and carry minimum of 50 lbs., standing and/or walking for long periods of time It is the duty of all Food & Beverage personnel to promote and manage a seamless line of communication between all staff and members
Requirements
- Must have one year of Food Service experience.
- Use of photocopying and fax equipment.
- Must be detail oriented, accurate and possess good organizational abilities and be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must possess a high level of customer service skills and strong oral communication skills.
- Competency in dealing with members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy.
- Must possess the ability to work effectively under time deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Point of Sale operations is preferred.

Under the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA), employees accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
